In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves and efficiently packing them for shipment to our valued customers. This position is fundamental to our order fulfillment process, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and on time, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and the success of our logistics network. Responsibilities include: locating and retrieving products based on order specifications, ensuring correct item counts and product codes, carefully packaging items to prevent damage during transit, applying shipping labels accurately, staging completed orders for dispatch, and maintaining a clean and organized work station. Safety is paramount; therefore, the use of provided PPE is mandatory. This role requires physical activity such as walking, standing, bending, and lifting. You will be expected to lift up to 40 lbs. We provide thorough training on our picking and packing procedures, inventory systems, and essential safety practices, including safe lifting techniques.
