Job Summary:
We are actively recruiting for a detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our expanding warehouse operations in Columbus, Ohio. This role is fundamental to our logistics process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately assembled and dispatched. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Accurately selecting items from inventory based on order pick lists or scanning devices.
Carefully inspecting items for damage or discrepancies before packaging.
Efficiently and safely packaging products using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
Labeling packages accurately for shipment.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Collaborating with team members to meet daily fulfillment quotas.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of responsibility, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required as comprehensive training will be provided. We are committed to your well-being and provide all necessary PPE.
