About
Become a vital part of our fulfillment operations as a Picker/Packer in Durham, North Carolina. We are looking for dedicated individuals to accurately and efficiently process customer orders. Your responsibilities will include picking items from inventory shelves using order lists or RF scanners, inspecting items for damage, and carefully packing them for shipment. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential for productivity and contributes to the overall efficiency of our Logistics center. This role involves significant physical activity, including regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and bending throughout your shift. A strong commitment to workplace Safety is paramount. You will be required to strictly follow all company safety policies and wear the appropriate PPE at all times. Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous, but we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates. We seek individuals who are detail-oriented, possess good time management skills, and work well in a team environment.
