As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, stocking, order picking, and preparing shipments. Your role is vital in ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Receiving, unpacking, and verifying incoming shipments.
- Stocking and organizing products within the warehouse.
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading materials from trucks.
- Operating manual and powered warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Following all safety procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participating in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Communicating effectively with warehouse management and team members.
- Supporting overall logistics functions and goals.
Requirements:
Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and lift throughout the shift. Must possess a strong work ethic and be reliable. A keen attention to detail is important for accuracy. We emphasize a strong commitment to safety and adherence to all logistics guidelines. Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to work collaboratively in a team or independently.
