About
Our Columbus, Ohio, distribution center is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position plays a key role in the daily operations of our logistics hub, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including order picking, packing, stocking, and general warehouse maintenance. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety are essential. If you are looking for a stable position in a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move products up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Commitment to following safety regulations and using required PPE.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
