Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Durham, North Carolina. In this role, you will be instrumental in the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to the successful fulfillment of orders and maintaining inventory accuracy. Your responsibilities will span various aspects of warehouse management, from receiving and stocking to picking and packing. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately and efficiently.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to specifications.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (certification may be required for specific equipment).
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through meticulous record-keeping and system updates.
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
  • Adhere strictly to all company policies, Safety protocols, and procedures.
  • Properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Assist with shipping and receiving operations as needed.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and full physical inventories.
  • Handle products with care to minimize damage and ensure quality.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent standing, walking, and Lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory control.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining a high standard of Safety in the workplace.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as required.
  • Reliable and punctual.
