We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Inventory Control Specialist to oversee inventory accuracy and management at our San Francisco, California distribution center. In this critical logistics role, you will be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, reconciling inventory records, and implementing procedures to minimize shrinkage and errors. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be key to maintaining optimal stock levels and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. You will work closely with receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment teams to ensure data integrity. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is essential, and experience with inventory software is highly desirable. This position may involve some lifting of items up to 40 pounds and requires extended periods of standing and walking. Adherence to all safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE, is mandatory. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy.
