*JOB SUMMARY*
We are hiring a lead residential install plumber who knows how to run jobs, lead helpers, and install clean, code-compliant systems without hand holding. This is NOT an entry level position.
*JOB DUTIES*
* Leading full residential installs (repipes, water heaters, tankless water heaters, water filtration).
* Running jobs from start to finish without micromanagement.
* Directing helpers efficiently
* Represent the company professionally in the clients' homes.
*MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS*
* 3+ years residential install experience
* Lead Plumbers are considered senior level and operate their own truck
* Ability to show up on time & take pride in your work.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
