The Partner business line requires strong analytics, reporting, and performance insights to support strategy, decision-making, and revenue growth. This role will manage end-to-end ownership of sales and financial performance analytics along with operational reporting, ensuring leaders and teams have clear visibility into results, trends, and opportunities across the business line. What You'll Do
Analytics, reporting & performance insights Own the design, delivery, and ongoing evolution of performance reporting and analytics for the Partner business line Deliver actionable insights that highlight trends, risks, opportunities and performance Benchmark key business and sales KPI performance across partners, sellers, products, and marketing/campaign initiatives Produce executive-ready insights that highlight trends, risks, opportunities, and performance against targets Identify opportunities to automate or streamline recurring reports and reduce manual effort Maintain reporting structures and hierarchies, ensuring alignment across BI platforms and master data (MDM) Tools & data enablement (Salesforce as a platform, not the focus) Leverage Salesforce and related tools as key data sources for analytics, dashboards, and reporting Partner with technical and BI teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems Business operations & cross-functional partnership Partner with Partner business line leadership, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Business Intelligence teams to align reporting definitions and priorities Support ongoing tracking of lead-generation and retention activities in coordination with Marketing and USB cross-functional teams Continuously improve reporting processes to better support sales execution and leadership decision-making Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Six to eight years of experience in project management and data analytics activities What We're Looking For
Experience in analytics, reporting, sales operations, or business operations roles Strong ability to interpret data, identify insights, and communicate findings clearly to senior leaders Experience working with CRM and reporting platforms (e.g., Salesforce, BI tools) in an analytics or reporting capacity Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills Advanced project management knowledge preferred If there's anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $111,605.00 - $131,300.00
