Field Service Technician / Design-Build Foreman
Position Summary
The Field Service Technician / Design-Build Foreman is a hybrid role responsible for delivering high-quality service, maintenance, installation, and design-build project execution for customers. This position performs diagnostic service work, scheduled maintenance, system installations, and leads on-site project activities. Reporting structure varies based on the type of work being performed.

Field Service Technician Duties
Arrive promptly at customer locations as scheduled by the Service Manager Investigate and accurately diagnose reported equipment or system issues Complete service reports thoroughly, clearly, and efficiently Resolve issues using proper tools, equipment, and approved repair methods Provide information to customers on available services, equipment, and solutions Recommend upgrades, replacements, or additional components when appropriate Perform scheduled maintenance to ensure safe and efficient system operation Maintain a professional, customer-focused demeanor at all times Ensure tools, service vehicle, and equipment are properly maintained and organized Other duties as assigned Design-Build Foreman Duties
Pick up all required materials, parts, and equipment to complete assigned work Execute installation, construction, and build-out tasks as outlined in work orders or project scopes Lead on-site work for design-build projects in coordination with the Production Manager Coordinate with team members, subcontractors, and other trades as needed Ensure all work meets company standards, code requirements, and customer expectations Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, materials, and scope changes Communicate project status, issues, or delays promptly to the Production Manager Promote and enforce all job-site safety policies Other duties as assigned Compensation
Base Compensation
Hourly Position: Minimum of 40 hours per week expected Starting Hourly Rate: $28.00 per hour Commission
10% commission on any sale made, provided the job is sold at par Design-Build Daily Bonuses
Basic design-build projects (framework, drywall, painting, doors, trim): $100 per day Projects requiring LVP flooring: $125 per day Tile work or specialty flooring projects: $145 per day Kitchen or bathroom projects: $165 per day
