*Specialized Feeding Therapy Clinic*
· At *Little Tesla Pediatric Therapy*, we go beyond traditional therapy spaces. Our dedicated *Feeding Therapy Clinic* is thoughtfully designed to feel like home - with a *full-size refrigerator, a cozy living room, and a fully equipped kitchen*. This inviting environment supports both *individual and group feeding sessions*, helping children feel comfortable and confident as they build essential skills in a real-life setting. It's where clinical excellence meets everyday experience.
*What You'll Do*
* Conduct comprehensive *speech, language, and communication evaluations*
* Develop and deliver *individualized treatment plans* for pediatric clients
* Work with a variety of conditions including *Autism, AAC needs, and feeding challenges* (preferred but not required)
* Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and our interdisciplinary team (SLP, OT, PT, ABA)
* Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our user-friendly EMR system
* Participate in team meetings, care planning, and ongoing professional development
*What You’ll Bring*
* *Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology* (required)
* *Medicaid Provider status* (or eligibility)
* *SLP License in the State of Florida* (required)
* *Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus*
* Passion for helping children unlock their potential (required)
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Experience with *Autism, AAC, or feeding therapy* is a plus, but not required
* A positive, proactive approach to pediatric care
*Schedule*
* Full-time | 8-hour shifts
* Monday to Friday
* Optional Saturday hours are available for those who prefer an extended or flexible workweek
