About
We are searching for LPN and/or RN to join our team in a charge nurse role! If you enjoy interacting with older adults and want to help them navigate the process of enhancing their lifestyle by moving to a community, this may be a good fit for you!
*Positions Schedule:* Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; 6:00pm – 6:00am, M-TH 6:00am-2:00PM & M-TH 2:00pm-10:00pm
*Position Location:* 210 Davis Drive, West Plains, MO
*Salary:* 23.50-35.39 per hour, depending on previous experience!
*Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an RN:*
· Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
· Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
· Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
· Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.
\* Physical assessment and documentation
\* Skin treatments, insulin administration, and some medication administration
*Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:*
· Current nursing license valid in Missouri- LPN or RN
· Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community
· BLS/CPR Certification
