• Identify and resolve discrepancies in measurements, escalating issues when necessary.
• Ensure item master data remains accurate and consistent across warehouse systems.

Warehouse Operations Support

• Safely operate powered industrial trucks (PITs), including sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, order pickers, and cherry pickers to access inventory throughout the facility.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain high inventory accuracy levels.
• Inspect items for damage or inconsistencies while measuring and document exceptions according to warehouse procedures.
• Work closely with warehouse leads, shipping teams, and inventory control to resolve measurement or inventory issues.

Operational Excellence & Safety

• Maintain a clean, organized work area around measuring stations and equipment.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment operation standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts aimed at increasing accuracy, efficiency, and overall warehouse performance.

Required Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and comfort working with warehouse management systems and handheld scanning equipment.
• Proven experience operating powered industrial trucks including forklifts, order pickers, or cherry pickers.
• Exceptional attention to detail — accuracy is critical in this role.
• Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related environment.
• Solid understanding of warehouse workflows including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.
• Ability to lift and move materials according to warehouse safety guidelines and work within racking environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple warehouse teams.

Preferred Experience

• Experience using dimensioning or measurement scanning equipment.
• Background supporting inventory audits, cycle counts, or inventory data correction processes.
• Forklift or powered industrial truck certification.

Work Environment

• Modern distribution center environment
• Safety-focused warehouse operations
• Structured processes and team-oriented culture
• Opportunity to contribute to inventory accuracy and operational efficiency
