Warehouse Associate

Location: Hazleton, PA
Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Role Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout the warehouse. This role supports receiving, put-away, replenishment, staging, and outbound operations to ensure uninterrupted warehouse flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach, or pallet jack as assigned) safely and efficiently
• Receive inbound shipments: unload trucks, verify counts, and inspect for damage
• Put away product into designated warehouse locations per WMS or supervisor direction
• Replenish pick locations to maintain order fulfillment flow
• Stage outbound freight accurately and on time
• Follow all safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and equipment protocols
• Report damaged product, inventory discrepancies, or safety issues immediately
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory as needed
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

Requirements & Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience required (certification preferred or ability to certify)
• Experience in warehouse receiving and put-away operations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
• Basic math and reading skills
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
