We are now seeking a Plant Operations Maintenance Assistant to join our team!
The Plant Operations | Maintenance Assistant supports and assists the Plant Supervisor in plant operations needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position.
Organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize is a must.
HVAC certification is a plus.
Experience working with seniors and various state and local agencies for inspections is preferred.
Provides interior maintenance of the community as defined by company standards.
Provides exterior maintenance of the community including grounds keeping.
Assists in coordination of community events.
Assists in all phases of maintenance pertaining to resident apartments and common areas of the community.
