4+ Years of experience, preferably in F2P Mobile Gaming or data-driven field Proficiency in data visualization using tools like Mixpanel, Tableau to create dashboards powering KPI evaluation at both the detail team level and summary executive level Expert SQL proficiency in BigQuery, MySQL and ability to manage complex data sets efficiently Solid experience with programming in Python Strong foundation in applied statistics, such as A/B testing to validate and inform recommendations Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable conclusions Experience with experimentation design, execution, analysis in a LiveOps environment Understanding of data and how it translates to unique player experiences Comprehension of core KPI impact on product performance, especially when it comes to engagement, retention and monetization Experience with database schema design Ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders of all levels, presenting insights clearly and concisely Bachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related field Don't meet every single requirement?At Mattel, we are dedicated to an inclusive workplace and a culture of belonging.
