Atlanta, GA Work Environment : Hybrid Job Description: Under the project manager's supervision, applies project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques in supporting the State Accounting Office's (SAO) NextGen Project (Workday Implementation) activities and tasks. The project coordinator is responsible for tracking project activities and tasks for a specific business suite or multiple workstreams. This includes, but is not limited to, scheduling and attending meetings, capturing and disseminating meeting minutes, receiving project documents and compiling a summary, aiding in the development of communication materials such as emails, newsletters, or PowerPoint presentations, and updating project schedules and RAID logs. Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university, AND One year of IT-related experience. OR an Associate's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university and three years of IT-related experience. Note: An equivalent combination of education and job specific experience that provided the knowledge, experience, and competencies required to successfully perform the job at the level listed may be substituted on a year-over-year basis. xywuqvp Experience using Microsoft Project or Microsoft Project Online. Experienced in using Outlook, Visio, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate with management, business, and technical personnel Ability to work through conflict An eye for detail and excellent grammar Ability to multitask
