*Role Description*
This is a full-time on-site role for a Diesel Mechanic located in Malvern, PA. The Diesel Mechanic will be responsible for performing day-to-day maintenance and repairs on vehicles, heavy equipment, and diesel engines. Duties include conducting preventive maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring the proper functioning of equipment. The Diesel Mechanic will work with a team of professionals to ensure that all projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
*Qualifications*
· Experience in vehicle maintenance, equipment maintenance, and diesel mechanics
· Strong knowledge of heavy equipment and diesel engines
· Ability to perform preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment
· Ability to diagnose and repair diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems
· Experience with welding and fabrication
· Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
· Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
· Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
· Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
· High school diploma or equivalent
· ASE certification or equivalent is a plus
· CDL license is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
