Warehouse Packer

Job Description

Job Summary
The Warehouse Packer is responsible for accurately packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment. This role supports daily warehouse and production operations, ensuring products are handled safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Pack bottled household cleaning products into boxes according to company standards and production schedules
• Inspect bottles, labels, and packaging for quality, accuracy, and defects
• Apply labels, seals, and packaging materials as required
• Assemble boxes, cartons, and packaging components
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals
• Assist with basic warehouse tasks such as palletizing, sorting, and staging shipments
• Accurately count and record packaged items
• Report damaged goods, equipment issues, or safety concerns to a supervisor
• Support inventory control by organizing and stocking materials as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse, packing, or production experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move up to 25–45 pounds
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
• Comfortable working around cleaning products and light chemical odors

Work Environment

• Warehouse and production floor setting
• Exposure to cleaning agents and packaging materials
• May require use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves and safety glasses

Schedule

• (Full-time/Part-time)
• (Shift details, e.g., Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Overtime may be required based on production needs
