Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Currently hiring for Voice Pickers, Speed Pickers, Pallet Preppers, Forklift Operators, and Cherry Picker Operators. Experience in warehouse setting and RF Scanner use is required!

What’s a Typical Day Like?

· Use a voice-directed picking system to receive and complete order instructions.

· Pick products accurately and efficiently according to system directions.

· Perform full case picking (speed pick) as required.

· Use RF scanners and warehouse technology to verify orders.

· Maintain accuracy and productivity standards.

· Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment guidelines.

· Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

What Are the Requirements of the Job?

· Prior warehouse or distribution experience preferred.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shift.

· Basic technology skills for RF and voice systems.

· Ability to work in fast-paced environment.

· Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.

· Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.

· Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.

· Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time

· Communication skills.
