Job Title: General Laborer

Pay Range: $13.00 (plus potential overtime)

Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our production team. In this entry-level role, you will perform a variety of manual tasks to support efficient daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing and production facility. Responsibilities include material handling, assisting with production processes, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and contributing to quality output. Ideal candidates are physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team setting with a focus on safety and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and stage materials, supplies, and finished products using manual methods or basic equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, carts).
• Assist in production lines by feeding materials into machines, assembling components, packaging finished items, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Perform quality checks on products for defects, proper labeling, and adherence to specifications; report any issues to supervisors immediately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by sweeping, removing waste, disposing of scrap materials, and following housekeeping standards.
• Support machine operators and skilled team members as needed, including setup/teardown of workstations and basic equipment handling.
• Follow all safety protocols, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and participate in safety training.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Assist with inventory counts, labeling, and basic record-keeping as directed.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned to support overall facility operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, assembly, or general labor preferred but not required – we provide on-the-job training.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for heavy positions and stand/walk for extended periods (8–10 hour shifts).
• Basic math and reading skills for following instructions, measuring, and checking quality.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Reliable transportation and good attendance record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and standing for long periods.
• Willingness to work overtime

Preferred Skills

• Experience in production, printing, packaging, or assembly environments.
• Basic understanding of safety practices and quality standards.
