Job Summary
The Packer is responsible for accurately packaging fragrance and flavor products in a clean, safe, and regulated manufacturing environment. This role supports production by ensuring finished goods are packed, labeled, and prepared for shipment in compliance with company quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Key Responsibilities

  • Package fragrance and flavor products according to batch records, work orders, and quality specifications
  • Label containers accurately with lot numbers, product codes, and expiration dates
  • Inspect finished products for defects, leaks, or inconsistencies prior to packing
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with GMP, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Follow all SOPs related to handling aromatic, liquid, and powdered materials
  • Assist with weighing, sealing, boxing, and palletizing finished goods
  • Document production counts, packaging data, and quality checks as required
  • Support production and quality teams with rework, line changeovers, and inventory staging
  • Comply with all safety policies, including PPE usage and chemical handling procedures

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous packing or manufacturing experience preferred (fragrance, flavor, food, or pharmaceutical a plus)
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality accuracy
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs
  • Comfortable working around strong fragrances and aromas

  • Temperature-controlled environment with standing and repetitive tasks
