Warehouse Assistant / Driver

A growing commercial flooring contractor is looking for a dependable Warehouse Assistant / Driver to support their Buffalo-area operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and having a mix of warehouse and driving responsibilities. You’ll help keep materials moving from the warehouse to job sites while supporting inventory and warehouse operations.
This is a stable, full-time opportunity with a team that values reliability, independence, and a strong work ethic.

Location: West Seneca, NY
Pay: $20–$23 per hour to start. Increases available once trust and commitment are established.
Full-time position , Monday – Friday 730a-430p

Responsibilities:
• Unload and organize incoming material deliveries
• Help maintain inventory and organization of the warehouse
• Operate a forklift to move materials and pallets
• Deliver materials to local job sites as needed
• Pick up materials from suppliers and bring them to installers or project sites
• Assist with general warehouse upkeep and organization
• Work with the warehouse manager and team to ensure materials are ready for projects

This position reports to the Warehouse Manager in Rochester while working locally with the Buffalo project team.

What we are looking for:
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs)
• Comfortable operating or learning to operate a forklift
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks without constant supervision

Ideal candidates may have experience in:
• Warehouse operations
• Construction supply or building materials
• Delivery driving
• Inventory or logistics

Compensation
• $20–$23 per hour depending on experience
• Full-time, steady work
