We are hiring a Picker/Packer for our San Jose, California distribution center. This role is essential for our logistics operations, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders, using scanning devices, and packaging them securely for shipment. You must have a strong attention to detail to minimize errors and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. We are committed to a safe work environment, requiring all employees to wear appropriate PPE and follow all safety protocols diligently. Candidates should be able to perform physical tasks, including regular Lifting of up to 40 pounds, and should be familiar with safe Lifting techniques.
