We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Worker at our Baltimore, Maryland location! This role is fundamental to our daily warehouse operations, involving the handling, moving, and organizing of goods. Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, picking and packing orders, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and dedicated to contributing to a safe and productive team environment. Your efforts are crucial to our logistics success. A strict adherence to Safety guidelines, the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and safe manual Lifting practices are mandatory for all associates.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately.
- Move and organize inventory within the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Identify and report any Safety hazards or concerns.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Perform tasks involving frequent Lifting, up to 50 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals within the Logistics framework.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labor role is beneficial.
- Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including significant Lifting.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
