Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, stack, and retrieve materials.
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.
- Transport inventory between different areas of the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Assist with receiving and shipping processes as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and support stock rotation.
- Ensure the work area is kept clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Follow all logistics and warehouse operational guidelines.
- Experience with lifting and securing various loads is essential.
Qualifications:
- Valid forklift certification and proven experience operating forklifts.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform necessary lifting.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
