About
We are hiring a Picker/Packer in Colorado Springs, Colorado! This role is fundamental to our e-commerce fulfillment process, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for locating items in the warehouse, preparing them for shipment, and maintaining an organized workspace. This fast-paced position requires a keen eye for detail, efficiency, and a strong commitment to workplace Safety. We provide comprehensive training and all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure a secure work environment within our logistics hub.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations based on order fulfillment sheets.
- Pack products carefully and efficiently, using appropriate packaging materials to ensure product safety during transit.
- Utilize RF scanners and other warehouse technology to track inventory movements and order status.
- Conduct quality checks on picked items to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area, adhering to all Safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily picking and packing targets.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on Safety and efficient logistics.
- Be prepared for frequent lifting and moving of packages.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Capability to perform lifting duties of up to 30 lbs consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety protocols and willingness to use PPE.
