We have an exciting opportunity for a Material Handler at our busy San Francisco, California logistics facility. We are looking for a reliable and physically fit individual to support our warehouse operations. As a Material Handler, you will be involved in the crucial tasks of receiving, storing, and moving materials throughout the warehouse. Your role is vital in maintaining an organized inventory and ensuring the smooth flow of products from arrival to dispatch. This position requires a strong emphasis on Safety and teamwork. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming materials efficiently.
- Transport materials to designated areas using manual or powered equipment.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all established Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Wear all required PPE , including safety shoes and gloves.
- Support the shipping and receiving teams as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics setting is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy manual labor, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in a demanding environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory flow.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
