We're hiring a Picker/Packer for our bustling warehouse in Las Vegas, Nevada! If you're a motivated individual with a knack for speed and accuracy, this is the perfect role for you. As a Picker/Packer, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and promptly. Your daily tasks will involve navigating the warehouse to retrieve specified items and then carefully packing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve products from warehouse shelves according to order details.
- Inspect items for any defects or damage before packing.
- Package products securely using appropriate materials and methods.
- Apply correct shipping labels and documentation to packages.
- Utilize RF scanning devices for inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, adhering to warehouse best practices.
- Comply with all company Safety policies and use required PPE .
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a Picker/Packer or warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to remain on your feet for the entire shift.
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions and occasional Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic inventory and logistics principles.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively.
