Job Summary:
Are you a highly organized and analytical individual looking for an Inventory Control Specialist position in Denver, Colorado? Our dynamic logistics company is seeking someone with a keen eye for detail to manage and maintain the accuracy of our warehouse inventory. You will be responsible for conducting cycle counts, reconciling inventory discrepancies, implementing inventory control procedures, and ensuring the overall integrity of our stock. This role is critical to optimizing warehouse operations and minimizing losses. If you have a strong background in inventory management within a logistics setting, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or overages.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the proper storage and handling of inventory to prevent damage or loss.
  • Generate inventory reports for management.
  • Ensure adherence to all Safety regulations and proper use of PPE .

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Inventory Control Specialist or in a similar inventory management role within logistics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to perform moderate physical tasks, including occasional Lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Good understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain principles.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
