We are hiring a Picker/Packer for our Charlotte, North Carolina facility! This is a key role within our logistics operations, responsible for the accurate selection and packaging of customer orders. Your primary duties will include picking items from inventory, verifying order accuracy, and securely packaging them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
- Verify product SKUs and quantities to ensure order correctness.
- Pack items securely and efficiently using suitable packaging materials.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Stage packed orders for shipment pickup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Meet productivity and accuracy goals.
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting up to 45 lbs.
- Assist with other warehouse functions as needed to support logistics operations.
