We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks within our distribution center, contributing to the efficient handling and storage of goods. From receiving and stocking to picking and packing orders, your efforts are vital to our logistics operations and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy against documentation.
- Stock inventory in designated locations, maintaining organization and accessibility.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including proper packaging, labeling, and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory control activities, such as cycle counting and stock checks.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Assist in other warehouse functions as directed by supervision, which may involve lifting and moving of materials.
- Support the overall logistics and supply chain by meeting daily performance targets and contributing to team success.
The ideal candidate will be physically capable of performing tasks that involve frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. Prior warehouse experience is beneficial but not required; we value a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. A commitment to safety and efficiency is essential.
