Are you an experienced Forklift Operator looking for a new opportunity? Join our dynamic warehouse team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin! We are searching for skilled and safety-oriented Forklift Operators to manage the movement of goods efficiently and securely within our facility, a critical component of our Logistics operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Operating forklifts and other powered industrial trucks to move, load, unload, and stack materials.
- Safely transporting products and inventory throughout the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and minimizing damage.
- Performing daily inspections of forklifts and reporting any maintenance needs or safety concerns.
- Assisting with inventory control, including stock placement, removal, and cycle counts.
- Loading and unloading trucks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhering strictly to all company Safety policies, procedures, and traffic regulations within the facility.
- Wearing all required PPE , including safety shoes, vests, and helmets as needed.
- Collaborating with other warehouse personnel to ensure smooth operational flow.
The ideal candidate will have a valid forklift operator certification and a minimum of one year of recent forklift operating experience. You must possess a strong understanding of warehouse operations, excellent situational awareness, and a commitment to safety. This role requires the ability to perform tasks involving considerable physical exertion, including occasional Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
