Become a vital part of our operations as a Warehouse Worker in sunny Tampa, Florida. This role is fundamental to the success of our logistics and supply chain activities, involving a wide range of tasks that keep our warehouse running smoothly. As a Warehouse Worker, you will handle incoming and outgoing goods, manage inventory, and assist in maintaining an orderly and safe working environment. Your responsibilities may include receiving and inspecting shipments, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. You'll be expected to work efficiently and accurately to meet daily targets and ensure customer satisfaction. We are committed to fostering a safe workplace. Comprehensive training will be provided on all safety procedures, and you will be required to use all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Adherence to safety guidelines is non-negotiable. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, and perform frequent lifting of items up to 40 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack items for customer orders.
- Stage products for outgoing shipments.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and storage.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
- Strong understanding of and commitment to safety procedures.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
