Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team in Dallas, Texas, as a Warehouse Associate. This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our warehouse, ensuring that goods are handled efficiently and accurately from receipt to shipment. You will be involved in a wide range of tasks, including stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, is reliable, and has a keen eye for detail. We are committed to providing a safe working environment and expect all employees to prioritize Safety and adhere to all guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE. This position involves regular physical activity, including Lifting of items up to 40 lbs, and requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your role is essential to our Logistics chain, supporting seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order details.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
  • Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and documentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
  • Follow all instructions regarding the proper use of PPE.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to perform regular Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics.
  • Commitment to maintaining a high standard of workplace Safety.
  • Team-oriented and able to follow directions.
  • Must be able to wear required PPE consistently.
  • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
