Job Summary:
Join our state-of-the-art logistics facility in Boston, Massachusetts, as a Warehouse Associate. This role is integral to our distribution network, ensuring seamless operations from receipt of goods to final shipment. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. As a Warehouse Associate, you will engage in diverse tasks that support our inventory management and order fulfillment processes. Your contribution is vital to meeting our customer demands and upholding our reputation for reliability.
Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and inspecting for damage.
  • Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following strict safety guidelines.
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, including work areas and common spaces.
  • Adhere to all company safety standards and protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Support shipping and receiving functions as required.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all regulations.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime, based on operational needs.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and sometimes noisy warehouse setting.
