Join our state-of-the-art logistics facility in Boston, Massachusetts, as a Warehouse Associate. This role is integral to our distribution network, ensuring seamless operations from receipt of goods to final shipment. As a Warehouse Associate, you will engage in diverse tasks that support our inventory management and order fulfillment processes. Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and inspecting for damage.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following strict safety guidelines.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, including work areas and common spaces.
- Adhere to all company safety standards and protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
- Support shipping and receiving functions as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all regulations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime, based on operational needs.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and sometimes noisy warehouse setting.
