Responsibilities:
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders with precision, meeting performance metrics.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification/training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all Safety procedures rigorously and utilize required PPE at all times.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Perform tasks involving significant Lifting, up to 75 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy Lifting.
- Thorough understanding of warehouse Safety standards and commitment to using PPE.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and order processing software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, supporting logistics goals.
- Forklift operation experience or willingness to be trained.
