We are seeking a reliable and efficient Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments accurately.
- Stock merchandise in designated areas of the distribution center, ensuring proper organization.
- Pick and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Pack orders securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment according to established Safety procedures.
- Wear and utilize all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Support the logistics team in optimizing warehouse layout and workflow.
- Execute other warehouse-related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse role is preferred. Must be capable of regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics. Strong understanding of warehouse Safety regulations and best practices. Excellent organizational skills and a high level of accuracy. Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
