We are looking for a reliable and efficient Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our bustling warehouse in Richmond, Virginia. In this role, you will be the frontline of our logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. Your responsibilities will include unloading delivery trucks, inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies, accurately documenting all received and shipped items, and preparing orders for dispatch. The ideal candidate possesses excellent organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a physically demanding environment. You will be an integral part of our supply chain, contributing to the smooth flow of goods and maintaining high standards of operational excellence. Safety is paramount in our warehouse, and all team members are expected to adhere to strict safety guidelines and utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires proficiency in using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is crucial.
