Job Summary:
Join our energetic team in Denver, Colorado, as a Warehouse Worker! This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics and distribution center. As a Warehouse Worker, your duties will include receiving and processing incoming inventory, accurately picking and packing orders, and preparing goods for shipment. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, work efficiently, and are committed to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The role involves considerable physical activity, including frequent Lifting, bending, and standing. You will be expected to follow all established company procedures and Safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise.
  • Sort and stock items in appropriate warehouse locations.
  • Accurately pick products for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack orders with care, ensuring items are protected during transit.
  • Prepare packages for shipment, applying labels and necessary documentation.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Assist with inventory control, including cycle counts and stock verification.
  • Maintain a clean and hazard-free work area.
  • Adhere to all Safety regulations and practices, including proper Lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet operational targets.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including frequent Lifting, bending, and standing for long durations.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Must be committed to workplace Safety and the consistent use of PPE.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
