Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming goods.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if needed).
- Conduct quality checks on products and orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Load and unload trailers.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including significant lifting, standing, and walking.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to safety and compliance with all regulations.
- Willingness to wear and utilize all provided PPE.
