You will be responsible for picking products from shelves, packing them securely, and preparing them for dispatch. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders using scanning devices.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Label and prepare packages for shipment.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE for a safe work experience.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment or warehouse operations is highly desirable.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Proficiency with scanning equipment and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Understanding of safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
