We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Picker to join our growing logistics operation in Madison, Wisconsin. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from specified warehouse locations based on order tickets or RF scanner data.
- Verify product information (SKU, quantity) to ensure order accuracy.
- Inspect items for any defects or damage before picking completion.
- Transport picked items to designated packing or staging areas.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Adhere strictly to all warehouse safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Meet established performance standards for picking speed and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience in an order picking or warehouse role is beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret order documents and labels.
- Proficiency with RF scanning equipment is a plus.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team or independently.
Safety Requirements:

Knowledge and application of safe lifting techniques are essential for preventing injuries.
