Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is vital for the efficient operation of our logistics network, ensuring that products are handled, stored, and dispatched accurately and on time. You will perform a range of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing shipments. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory using warehouse systems.
  • Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners or other technologies.
  • Pack orders securely, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and staging.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company standards.
  • Participate in inventory control activities, such as cycle counting.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely (training provided where needed).
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for the duration of the shift.
  • Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.

Safety Requirements:
Your safety is paramount. All Distribution Center Associates are required to wear designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety vests and steel-toed boots. Understanding and practicing safe lifting techniques is crucial to prevent injuries. Adherence to all safety regulations and procedures within our logistics facility is mandatory for ensuring a secure workplace for everyone.
