Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming materials, verifying against documentation.
- Sort, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using order sheets or RF scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and utilize required PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support overall logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles is a plus.
- Must be able to wear and use required PPE consistently.
- Commitment to safety and contributing to a secure work area.
