We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Coordinator for our key facility in Baltimore, Maryland. In this vital role, you will oversee and manage various warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to Safety standards. Your responsibilities will include coordinating staff, managing inventory levels, optimizing space utilization, and ensuring the smooth flow of incoming and outgoing logistics. You will liaise with management, carriers, and other departments to resolve operational challenges and improve processes. A proven track record in warehouse management, strong leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of logistics operations are essential. This role requires the ability to perform moderate Lifting and possess excellent problem-solving skills. We are committed to providing a safe working environment and expect all employees to adhere to our rigorous Safety protocols and utilize provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
