Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory integrity
- Operate material handling equipment safely
- Prepare shipments for delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and use of PPE
- Participate in inventory cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks
- Knowledge of basic logistics principles
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable and punctual attendance
