Join our team as an Order Picker in Charlotte, North Carolina, and play a key role in our fast-paced warehouse operations. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This is a physically demanding role that requires speed, accuracy, and a keen eye for detail. You will utilize order sheets or scanning devices to locate and retrieve items, ensuring that the correct products and quantities are picked. Maintaining an organized and clean work area is essential. We prioritize the safety of our employees, so you will be required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all safety guidelines. This position involves significant lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Experience with RF scanners is a plus, but comprehensive training will be provided.
