Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified) safely.
- Maintain inventory integrity through accurate record-keeping and cycle counts.
- Keep the warehouse environment clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all company policies and Safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals.
- Perform other warehouse duties as needed.
- Follow all Safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy Lifting tasks (up to 65 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic math and computer literacy.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding role.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
- Commitment to using PPE and adhering to all Safety standards.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Experience in logistics and supply chain is a plus.
