Job Summary:
Seeking dedicated Picker/Packers to join our logistics team in Sacramento, California. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. This includes using scanning devices to locate products, verifying quantities, and preparing items for shipment. You will ensure that all orders are picked correctly and packed securely to prevent damage during transit. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick customer orders using handheld scanners and pick lists.
  • Verify product information and quantities against order details.
  • Inspect items for quality and any potential damage.
  • Package orders securely and efficiently for shipping.
  • Label packages correctly for dispatch.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist with inventory cycle counts as needed.
  • Meet established productivity and quality standards.
  • Follow all company Safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a Picker/Packer role or warehouse environment preferred.
  • Ability to perform moderate Lifting tasks.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with warehouse technology like RF scanners.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of basic logistics operations.
  • Commitment to following Safety guidelines and using proper PPE.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
